YOGA
Whether you come for a group class or private session, expect a soothing,
gentle, and supportive atmosphere.
Classes are non competitive and inwardly focused, allowing the practitioner
to deepen their awareness, dissolve hidden core tensions, and experience
inner ease and Bliss.
We use props and alignments to make deep changes in your spine, almost
effortlessly. By releasing into support and precise alignments, even long held
tensions have the opportunity of melting away.
Too often people are told to build strength in order to help with back pain.
This often just creates armour around the tight areas and hides the problem.
By first dissolving the deep tensions strength can be developed naturally
and correctly.
Although the practices are seemingly simple, they are sophisticated and go
deep. Visually on the outside it might not look like we’re doing much. But
inside, what you feel and what is detangling in deep hidden pockets is really
quite extraordinary.
The tailbone and sacrum are focal points. Tensions held at the base of the
spine are often a root cause for back, hip & shoulders pain, many physical
ailments, and low mood including feelings of stress and anxiety. Releasing
tensions at the tail makes it easy to unfurl or decompress the whole of the
spine making for a healthy and pain free body.
When the spine is 'open' so much unfolds on all levels of your being. In yoga
the spine is considered a conduit of Consciousness. By undoing spinal knots
this sacred conduit provides a pathway to the Self - to the deepest dimension
of your own Being as Divine, Eternal, Vast, All knowing, and Happy for no
good reason!

This is a perfect style of yoga for Highly Sensitive People (aka HSP's),
a form of neuro diversity, as it helps:

• Soothe and calm the nervous system.
• Quiet the mind.
• Welcome your natural ability to perceive the subtle.
• Focus on turning inward and feeling the body at a deeper capacity while
discovering deeper levels of oneself.
• Open one to inner stillness, inner spaciousness, and inner Bliss.
• Offer a pathway of grace and physical and spiritual nourishment
